Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
House consider the Senate message (page 4347) on the following at              
this time:

"An Act relating to general grant land entitlements for the Lake              
and Peninsula Borough; and providing for an effective date."

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate

and recommended that the members vote yes.
